Tower of Hanoi

Goal: Move all discs from one pole to another, using 2 simple rules: never put a bigger disc over a smaller one; move only 1 disc at once.

Difficulty:

3–4 discs: 1/6 (min. 7–15 steps)

5–6 discs: 2/6 (min. 31–63 steps)

7–8 discs: 3/6 (min. 127–255 steps)

9 discs: 4/6 (min. 511 steps)
